A slimmer, more conformable version of our best-selling silicone foam dressings, ComfortFoam Border Lite is a thin, absorbent self-adherent silicone foam island dressing consisting of a soft silicone contact layer, a flexible polyurethane foam pad and a vapor-permeable, moisture-proof outer film. The silicone adhesive sticks to surrounding skin but not to the wound bed, minimizing pain and the risk of damage to the wound area. Supremely comfortable, it’s suitable for a wide variety of low-to-medium exudating wounds. Low profile border for added adhesion. Showerproof.
