DermaGauze is a sterile gauze dressing impregnated with DermaSyn, our vitamin E enriched hydrogel wound dressing. Convenient for gentle packing of dry to minimally exudating wounds with depth. Assists in autolytic debridement, softening eschar and necrotic tissue.
